Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZBTB9 (Zinc Finger and BTB Domain Containing 9) is a member of the BTB/POZ domain-containing protein family, which plays significant roles in transcriptional regulation and cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of ZBTB9 in various biological functions and its potential implications in human diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. The protein is known to interact with several transcription factors and co-regulators, influencing gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. Research has indicated that ZBTB9 may act as a tumor suppressor or oncogene depending on the cellular context, making it a focus of study in cancer biology. Furthermore, the ability to produce recombinant ZBTB9 protein is vital for elucidating its structure-function relationship and understanding its mechanistic role in disease. Generating this protein through recombinant techniques allows researchers to investigate its interactions with other proteins and examine its effect on gene regulation in vitro. Consequently, the study of recombinant ZBTB9 protein not only advances our understanding of its biological functions but also holds promise for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting ZBTB9-related pathways in diseases. The ongoing exploration of ZBTB9 and its recombinant form can ultimately contribute to the broader field of molecular biology and medicine, paving the way for innovative approaches to disease treatment and prevention.
