稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SOX4, a member of the SRY-related HMG box (SOX) family of transcription factors, plays a critical role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell differentiation, and tumorigenesis. Dysregulation of SOX4 has been implicated in several cancers, such as breast, prostate, and lung cancer, where it often promotes cell proliferation and metastasis. Given its significance in both normal physiology and disease pathology, the study of recombinant SOX4 protein has gained momentum. The ability to produce SOX4 in a recombinant form allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, binding interactions, and functional roles in cellular contexts. Understanding SOX4's mechanisms of action can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker in cancer treatment. Advances in protein expression systems, like bacterial, yeast, or mammalian cell cultures, facilitate the efficient production of SOX4 for various applications, including high-throughput screening, structural biology studies, and functional assays. Collectively, the investigation of recombinant SOX4 protein paves the way for novel approaches in understanding its role as a modulator of gene expression and its impact on oncogenic pathways, ultimately contributing to the development of targeted therapeutic strategies.
