稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Integrin alpha X beta 2, also known as Mac-1, is a vital cell adhesion molecule that plays a significant role in immune responses, specifically in the adhesion and migration of leukocytes. This integrin is primarily expressed on myeloid cells, including monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils, and is crucial for their interaction with various ligands, such as ICAM-1 and fibrinogen. Research into the recombinant protein of integrin alpha X beta 2 has gained momentum due to its importance in understanding inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer metastasis. By producing recombinant forms of this integrin, researchers can investigate its structural properties, ligand interactions, and functional roles in various physiological and pathological contexts. Additionally, the development of therapeutic agents targeting integrin alpha X beta 2 may offer novel strategies for modulating immune responses, enhancing wound healing, or inhibiting tumor progression. Overall, ongoing studies of recombinant integrin alpha X beta 2 are essential to unravel its complex biology and leverage its potential in clinical applications.
