稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of Mut recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their crucial role in biological processes, particularly in the context of DNA repair and replication fidelity. Mut proteins, often associated with mutator strains in various organisms, are pivotal in maintaining genomic stability by correcting replication errors. Research has shown that these proteins, such as MutS and MutL, are integral to the mismatch repair (MMR) pathway, which identifies and repairs mispaired bases that occur during DNA synthesis. Understanding the structure and function of Mut recombinant proteins can provide insights into their mechanisms of action and their implications in cancer biology, particularly concerning tumorigenesis linked to MMR deficiencies. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of these proteins for detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization, facilitating the exploration of their interactions with DNA and other repair components. Additionally, studying Mut proteins contributes to the broader field of synthetic biology and biotechnological applications, where engineered proteins can potentially be utilized for developing novel therapeutic strategies or enhancing crop resilience. Thus, the research on Mut recombinant proteins not only enriches our comprehension of fundamental molecular biology but also opens avenues for practical applications in medicine and agriculture.
