稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD146, also known as melanoma cell adhesion molecule (MCAM), is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling, particularly in the context of vascular biology and immune responses. The study of CD146 has garnered significant attention due to its implications in various pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis, inflammatory disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. As an important marker for endothelial cells and certain types of immune cells, CD146 is involved in angiogenesis and the modulation of the immune microenvironment. The generation of recombinant CD146 proteins has paved the way for advanced research into its biological functions and mechanisms. These recombinant proteins facilitate a deeper understanding of CD146's role in cell interactions and its potential as a therapeutic target. By exploring the structure-function relationships of CD146 through recombinant approaches, researchers aim to unveil novel insights into its involvement in disease processes and to develop strategies for intervention. Furthermore, the potential use of CD146 as a biomarker for diagnostic and prognostic applications underscores the relevance of this research. Overall, the investigation of CD146 recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing our understanding of various diseases and enhancing therapeutic approaches targeting CD146-related pathways.
