稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the PRPH (peripheral myelin protein 22) recombinant protein is rooted in its critical role in peripheral nervous system function and myelin sheath formation. PRPH is a member of the tetraspanin family, primarily expressed in Schwann cells, where it contributes to the structural integrity of myelin, essential for efficient nerve conduction. Abnormalities in PRPH expression have been linked to demyelinating diseases, such as Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and inflammatory neuropathies, highlighting the need for detailed research into its functional properties and molecular interactions. The recombinant production of PRPH offers a valuable tool for elucidating its biological roles, as it enables the study of post-translational modifications, protein folding, and interactions with other myelin constituents. Moreover, the use of recombinant PRPH in experimental models can facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing remyelination and repairing peripheral nerve injuries. As researchers continue to uncover the mechanisms underlying PRPH's function, this work not only enhances our understanding of peripheral nerve biology but also paves the way for potential clinical applications in treating neuropathies.
