Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRWD1 (Leucine-Rich/WDP Repeat-Containing Protein 1) is a protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes, including gene regulation, DNA repair, and chromatin remodeling. Research has indicated that LRWD1 is involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and may play a pivotal role in cancer development and progression. Given the increasing evidence linking aberrant expression or mutations of LRWD1 to several malignancies, understanding its functional mechanisms has become a priority in cancer biology. Additionally, LRWD1 has been identified as a critical factor in the modulation of the immune response, suggesting that it may contribute to the development of autoimmune diseases. The production of recombinant LRWD1 protein is essential for characterizing its biochemical properties and elucidating its interactions with other cellular components. By employing techniques such as cloning, expression in suitable systems (such as E. coli or mammalian cells), and purification, researchers aim to generate sufficient quantities of this protein for in vitro assays. These studies are crucial for determining LRWD1's role in cellular pathways and its potential as a therapeutic target. Therefore, the research surrounding LRWD1 recombinant protein not only deepens our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for the development of innovative treatments for cancer and autoimmune diseases.
