Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCKAP1, or NCK-associated protein 1, has garnered significant interest in the field of cellular and molecular biology due to its critical role in regulating actin cytoskeleton dynamics and cell signaling pathways. This protein is known to interact with various signaling molecules and scaffolding proteins, making it essential for cellular processes like migration, adhesion, and proliferation. Research has identified NCKAP1's involvement in different biological contexts, including immune responses, neuronal development, and cancer progression. Notably, alterations in NCKAP1 expression or function have been implicated in several pathologies, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant NCKAP1 protein allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties, structural characteristics, and interactions with other cellular components. These studies can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying its biological functions and pave the way for developing novel strategies to manipulate NCKAP1 activity in disease models. As such, the recombinant protein serves as a crucial tool for advancing our understanding of cellular regulation and the role of NCKAP1 in health and disease.
