稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The OR11A1 protein, a member of the olfactory receptor family, has garnered considerable interest in recent years due to its potential roles in sensory perception and its implications in various physiological processes. Olfactory receptors, which are G protein-coupled receptors, are primarily responsible for the detection of odorants in the environment, initiating the sensory signaling pathway that leads to the perception of smell. The OR11A1 gene, located on human chromosome 14, is part of the largest gene family in the human genome and has been linked to various neurological and metabolic conditions. Research has revealed that OR11A1 is not only involved in olfactory signaling but also plays a role in modulating immune responses and influencing behavioral outcomes. As a result, the study of OR11A1 recombinant protein is crucial for understanding its functional properties and biological significance. Recombinant expression systems allow researchers to produce large quantities of OR11A1 in a controlled environment, facilitating the study of its structural and functional characteristics. This research may lead to insights into the receptor's mechanisms of action, its interactions with ligands, and its potential therapeutic applications in treating olfactory dysfunctions and other related disorders. Additionally, the exploration of OR11A1 could open new avenues for drug discovery, particularly in targeting related pathways in metabolic and neurological diseases. Overall, the investigation of OR11A1 recombinant protein is a promising field of study that bridges molecular biology, neurobiology, and medicinal chemistry, providing a deeper understanding of the intricate roles olfactory receptors play in human health and disease.
