稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADPRHL1, or ADP-ribosylation factor-like 1, is a multifunctional protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, stress response, and cellular differentiation. Its role as a modulator of the ADP-ribosylation process has garnered significant interest, particularly due to its implications in cancer biology and neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have shown that ADPRHL1 participates in the regulation of protein interactions and stability, affecting pathways such as the DNA damage response and immune response. Given the increasing recognition of the importance of post-translational modifications in cellular regulation, the recombinant production of ADPRHL1 has become a focus of research. By generating high-purity recombinant ADPRHL1 proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the protein's structure-function relationships and its interactions with other cellular molecules. This research could pave the way for new therapeutic strategies targeting ADPRHL1-related pathways, potentially leading to the development of novel treatments for diseases where ADPRHL1 is implicated.
