稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOLT, or Folatebinding Protein, is gaining attention in biomedical research due to its critical role in folate metabolism and cellular uptake, which are essential for DNA synthesis and repair, cell division, and overall cellular function. This protein is particularly important in the context of cancer and developmental disorders, where alterations in folate transport can lead to significant health issues. Researchers are exploring FOLT as a potential therapeutic target, as its overexpression in certain cancer types is linked to tumor growth and progression. Additionally, FOLT's ability to bind folate has prompted investigations into its use as a drug delivery system, leveraging the protein's natural affinity to transport therapeutic agents selectively into cancer cells. Understanding the structure and function of FOLT, as well as its interactions with folate and other molecules, is crucial for the development of innovative treatment approaches. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of FOLT in significant quantities, facilitating studies on its biophysical properties and biological functions. The insights gained from these studies may lead to novel interventions aimed at using FOLT as a biomarker for early cancer detection and as a tool for targeted therapy, thereby contributing to the evolving landscape of precision medicine. Overall, the research surrounding FOLT underscores the importance of this protein in health and disease, highlighting its potential as a pivotal player in future therapeutic strategies.
