稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P2RY13, a member of the purinergic receptor family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various physiological and pathological processes. As a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR), P2RY13 is primarily activated by nucleotides such as ATP and ADP, which play crucial roles in cell signaling and communication. Research suggests that P2RY13 is involved in modulating immune responses, influencing inflammation, and potentially contributing to neurodegenerative diseases. Its expression is notably found in immune cells, where it regulates the release of cytokines and affects the activation state of lymphocytes. The study of P2RY13, especially through the development of recombinant proteins, facilitates the exploration of its structure-function relationships and the pathways it influences. Such research has important implications for understanding the mechanisms underlying various diseases and could pave the way for novel therapeutic approaches targeting P2RY13. Furthermore, the production of P2RY13 recombinant proteins allows for high-throughput screening of ligands and the investigation of receptor interactions, thereby enhancing our comprehension of purinergic signaling pathways and their broader biological implications.
