Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP2B3, a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) superfamily, encodes the plasma membrane calcium-transporting ATPase 3 (PMCA3), which plays a crucial role in maintaining calcium homeostasis within cells. Dysregulation of calcium levels is linked to various pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. Research has shown that ATP2B3 expression can influence cellular signaling pathways, thus impacting cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The interest in recombinant ATP2B3 proteins arises from their potential utility in therapeutic interventions and as diagnostic markers. Understanding the structure and function of ATP2B3 can provide insights into its role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Additionally, the generation of recombinant ATP2B3 proteins allows for detailed biochemical characterization, functional assays, and potential drug development targeting calcium transport pathways. Recent advancements in protein expression and purification techniques have facilitated the production of high-quality recombinant ATP2B3, enabling researchers to explore its interactions with other cellular components and its regulatory mechanisms. Overall, the study of recombinant ATP2B3 proteins is essential for unraveling the complexities of calcium signaling and its implications in health and disease.
