Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BHLHB9, a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) family of transcription factors, plays a critical role in various biological processes, including neural development and differentiation. Research into BHLHB9 has gained traction due to its potential implications in both developmental biology and disease states, particularly in relation to neuronal and endocrine functions. Alterations in BHLHB9 expression have been linked to several pathologies, including neurodevelopmental disorders and certain cancers, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of BHLHB9 protein enables detailed studies into its structure-function relationship, facilitating investigations into its regulatory mechanisms at the molecular level. Characterization of the recombinant protein can provide insights into its interaction with DNA and other proteins, contributing to a better understanding of its role in transcriptional regulation. Moreover, studying BHLHB9 may yield valuable information on the pathways it influences, potentially leading to novel strategies for treating diseases where BHLHB9 activity is disrupted. Overall, the recombinant BHLHB9 protein serves as a crucial tool for exploring the multifaceted roles of this transcription factor in health and disease, paving the way for future biomedical applications.
