稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EPHA3, a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell signaling, developmental processes, and tissue homeostasis. Dysregulation or aberrant expression of EPHA3 has been implicated in several malignancies, making it an intriguing target for cancer research and therapeutic interventions. Studies have demonstrated that EPHA3 can influence tumor growth, metastasis, and angiogenesis, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for certain cancers. The development of recombinant EPHA3 proteins has enabled researchers to investigate the receptor's functional characteristics and its interactions with Ephrin ligands. These recombinant proteins serve as crucial tools for understanding the signaling pathways mediated by EPHA3 and for exploring their therapeutic potential, particularly in targeted cancer therapies. Additionally, the investigation of EPHA3 as a therapeutic target is gaining momentum, with ongoing studies aimed at developing EPHA3-directed antibodies and small molecules that could potentially inhibit its function in cancer progression. Overall, the study of recombinant EPHA3 proteins is pivotal for elucidating its role in tumor biology and for the advancement of novel cancer treatment strategies.
