稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-22 (IL-22) is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in tissue repair and inflammation. It is primarily produced by T-helper cells, particularly Th17 cells, and is involved in the regulation of various biological processes, including epithelial cell proliferation and survival. Research has shown that IL-22 is essential for maintaining mucosal immunity, particularly in the gut and skin, and is implicated in various diseases such as autoimmune disorders, inflammatory bowel diseases, and certain cancers. Given its significant role in modulating the immune response, there is growing interest in the therapeutic potential of IL-22. Recombinant IL-22 protein has been developed for various studies to better understand its functions and mechanisms of action. Investigating the effects of exogenously administered IL-22 can provide insights into its role in promoting healing and combating infections, as well as its contribution to pathological conditions. Furthermore, understanding the signaling pathways associated with IL-22 can aid in the design of targeted therapies aimed at modulating immune responses in various diseases. Overall, the study of recombinant IL-22 offers valuable opportunities for developing innovative treatment strategies in immunology and regenerative medicine.
