稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRT4, or Keratin 4, is a member of the keratin family of intermediate filament proteins that play a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of epithelial tissues. It is predominantly found in the non-keratinized stratified epithelial tissues, such as the cornea, oral cavity, esophagus, and vagina. Research on KRT4 has gained significance due to its involvement in various pathological conditions, including skin disorders and epithelial cancers. Genetic mutations or alterations in KRT4 expression can lead to debilitating diseases such as ectodermal dysplasia and oral leukoplakia. Furthermore, KRT4 is implicated in cellular processes, including apoptosis and stress resistance, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of KRT4 protein in model systems has facilitated the exploration of its functional roles and interactions with other cellular components. Such studies not only enhance our understanding of keratinocyte biology but also contribute to the development of diagnostic and therapeutic tools for epithelial-related diseases. Consequently, KRT4 recombinant protein research has become a vital area of interest in molecular biology and regenerative medicine, addressing both fundamental questions in cell biology and potential applications in clinical settings.
