稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SWSAP1, or Serine/Threonine-Protein Kinase SWSAP1, is a protein that's gaining attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation and signaling pathways. It is part of a larger group of serine/threonine kinases, which are known to modify proteins through phosphorylation, thereby influencing their activity and interactions. Researchers have been particularly interested in the role of SWSAP1 in disease mechanisms, notably in cancer, where dysregulation of kinase activity can lead to uncontrolled cell growth and proliferation. Previous studies suggest that SWSAP1 may be involved in tumorigenesis, but its specific functions and mechanisms remain poorly understood. The expression and purification of SWSAP1 as a recombinant protein is crucial for further biochemical and structural studies, allowing elucidation of its functional roles in cellular contexts. Understanding the structure-function relationship of SWSAP1 could provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. Thus, ongoing research aims to characterize SWSAP1 through various techniques, including crystallography and protein-protein interaction assays, to shed light on its biological significance and potential implications in targeted cancer therapies. This heightened focus on SWSAP1 underscores the importance of kinases in drug discovery and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
