稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUP210, a nucleoporin, is a crucial component of the nuclear pore complex (NPC), which plays a vital role in the transport of molecules between the nucleus and cytoplasm. Research on NUP210 has gained momentum due to its implications in various cellular processes, including gene expression regulation, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Abnormalities in nucleoporins, including NUP210, have been associated with several diseases, particularly cancer, where they may influence tumor progression and metastasis. Additionally, NUP210's role in maintaining nuclear morphology and its involvement in the transport of large macromolecules underscore its significance in cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have also highlighted its potential as a biomarker for certain pathological conditions and its promise as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression and purification of NUP210 provide essential tools for understanding its structure-function relationship and offer insights into its interactions within the NPC and with other cellular components. These insights could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies, making NUP210 a focal point of study in molecular biology and biomedicine.
