稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf53, a gene located on chromosome 17, has garnered increasing attention in biomedical research due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Initial studies suggested that C17orf53 is involved in cellular signaling pathways and may play a role in neurodevelopment and immune responses. The protein encoded by this gene is thought to participate in the regulation of gene expression and cellular processes, although its precise functions remain largely elusive. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of C17orf53 to elucidate its structure and function, as well as to explore its interactions with other cellular components. Recombinant proteins are crucial for understanding the biochemical properties and potential therapeutic applications of target proteins. In the case of C17orf53, researchers aim to produce the protein in vitro to investigate its functional domains, post-translational modifications, and interaction networks. Additionally, understanding the role of C17orf53 in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders could provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies. Therefore, the recombinant expression and characterization of C17orf53 represent key steps in unveiling the biological significance of this protein and its potential impact on human health.
