稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-36α, a member of the interleukin-1 family, has garnered significant attention in recent years for its role in various inflammatory disorders and skin diseases, particularly psoriasis. It is produced predominantly by keratinocytes and acts through binding to the IL-36 receptor, triggering a signaling cascade that promotes the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Research indicates that IL-36α plays a crucial role in the immune response, influencing both innate and adaptive immunity. Elevated levels of IL-36α have been linked to the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases, where its overexpression can exacerbate inflammation and tissue damage. Moreover, animal studies have shown that blocking IL-36α can alleviate symptoms of inflammation, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant protein form of IL-36α has been developed for experimental purposes, facilitating the investigation of its biological functions, signaling mechanisms, and role in disease. Understanding the precise functions of IL-36α may offer insights into developing new treatments for inflammatory conditions and improving patient outcomes.
