稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-9 receptor (IL9R) is a critical component of the immune system, primarily involved in the signaling pathways of interleukin-9 (IL-9), a cytokine that plays significant roles in various immune responses, particularly in the regulation of T cell differentiation, B cell function, and mast cell development. Dysregulation of IL9R signaling has been implicated in several allergic diseases and autoimmune disorders, such as asthma, atopic dermatitis, and certain types of cancers. The study of IL9R recombinant proteins has gained traction in recent years, as these proteins serve as valuable tools for elucidating the receptor's biological functions and its role in immune system modulation. Researchers are focusing on producing IL9R recombinant proteins to investigate their interactions with IL-9 and their effects on downstream signaling pathways. Such studies not only enhance the understanding of IL9R-mediated immunological processes but also hold potential for therapeutic applications, particularly in designing targeted biologics for treating diseases associated with abnormal IL9R signaling. Additionally, the development of IL9R-Fc fusion proteins is being explored for their potential use in neutralizing IL-9 activity, offering promising avenues for intervention in allergic and inflammatory conditions. Overall, the research on IL9R recombinant proteins aims to provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying immune regulation and to pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies.
