Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1orf2, also known as the "Chromosome 1 Open Reading Frame 2," is a gene that has garnered attention due to its potential involvement in various biological processes and diseases. Research indicates that C1orf2 may play a role in cellular functions such as proliferation, apoptosis, and gene regulation. The protein encoded by C1orf2 is implicated in the maintenance of genomic stability and has been associated with several cancers, making it a subject of interest for understanding tumorigenesis. Moreover, studies have suggested that C1orf2 could be involved in the repair mechanisms of DNA, which are crucial for preventing mutations that lead to malignancies. Given its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, the recombinant expression of C1orf2 in various systems has facilitated the exploration of its functional properties and interactions with other molecular partners. Understanding the structure and function of the C1orf2 protein, therefore, is vital for elucidating its role in health and disease, paving the way for future research that could lead to novel interventions in cancer therapy and other genomic disorders.
