稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RABL2B is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which play critical roles in intracellular transport and membrane trafficking processes. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various cellular functions, including cell division, differentiation, and organelle dynamics. Research into RABL2B has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in cancer biology, where aberrant regulation of RAB proteins is often linked to tumor progression and metastasis. Additionally, RABL2B has been implicated in the regulation of cilia, which are essential for signaling pathways that influence developmental processes and tissue homeostasis. Understanding the structure and function of RABL2B, particularly through recombinant protein studies, can provide insights into its specific roles in cell biology and its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant RABL2B protein allows for detailed investigations into its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular molecules, and effects on cellular pathways. As research progresses, elucidating the mechanisms through which RABL2B operates may reveal novel strategies for intervening in diseases associated with its dysregulation.
