稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPN6, also known as SHP-1 (Src homology 2 domain-containing protein tyrosine phosphatase-1), is a critical enzyme that plays an essential role in the regulation of immune responses and hematopoiesis. Abnormalities in PTPN6 expression or activity have been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, leukemias, and other malignancies. Given its pivotal role in signaling pathways, particularly those involving growth factor receptors and immune cell activation, research into PTPN6 has intensified. The recombinant protein form of PTPN6 allows for in-depth studies of its enzymatic activity, structural biology, and functional interactions with other signaling molecules. It also provides a valuable tool for exploring the mechanisms by which PTPN6 exerts its effects on immune cell regulation and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies utilizing PTPN6 recombinant proteins have focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying its tumor suppressor functions, the impact on immune tolerance, and the design of inhibitors to modulate PTPN6 activity in pathological conditions. This research not only enhances our understanding of the role of protein tyrosine phosphatases in health and disease but also opens new avenues for the development of targeted therapeutic strategies in cancer and autoimmunity.
