稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRG1 (Leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1) is a protein that has garnered significant attention in biomedical research due to its role in various physiological and pathological processes. Initially identified as a liver protein, LRG1 is involved in the regulation of immune responses and is implicated in several diseases, including cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. Its expression levels are altered in various pathological states, making it a potential biomarker for disease progression and therapy response. Recent studies have shed light on the mechanisms by which LRG1 influences cellular functions, particularly in relation to cancer cell proliferation, migration, and immune evasion. The recombinant production of LRG1 allows researchers to obtain the protein in a controlled manner for detailed biochemical and structural studies, facilitating insights into its function and interactions at the molecular level. Understanding LRG1's biological roles could open new avenues for therapeutic interventions, particularly in diseases where its dysregulation is a contributing factor. Thus, the study of recombinant LRG1 is critical for elucidating its functions and potential as a therapeutic target, underscoring its importance in the fields of immunology, oncology, and personalized medicine.
