稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRC1 (Polycomb Repressive Complex 1) is a crucial protein complex implicated in the regulation of gene expression during development and cellular differentiation. It functions primarily as a transcriptional repressor, contributing to the maintenance of stem cell pluripotency and the silencing of developmental genes. The complex is known to mediate chromatin compaction and modify histones, particularly through ubiquitination of histone H2A, which helps establish a repressive chromatin state. Research into PRC1 has gained momentum due to its roles in various biological processes and its involvement in diseases, particularly cancer. Aberrant expression or dysfunction of PRC1 components has been linked to tumorigenesis and poor prognosis in several malignancies. Understanding the mechanisms by which PRC1 influences gene regulation can provide insights into developmental biology and the etiology of diseases, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the structural and functional properties of PRC1, exploring its interactions with other regulatory complexes, and identifying potential small-molecule inhibitors that could modulate its activity. This burgeoning area of research continues to highlight the complexity of epigenetic regulation and the potential of targeting epigenetic modifiers in clinical settings.
