稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CC2D2B (Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 2B) is a protein encoded by the CC2D2B gene, which has drawn significant attention due to its critical role in the development of the central nervous system and its association with various ciliopathies, including Joubert syndrome. The importance of CC2D2B arises from its involvement in the formation and maintenance of cilia, cellular organelles essential for various signaling pathways. Mutations in the CC2D2B gene can lead to severe neurodevelopmental disorders, thus underscoring the necessity for understanding its molecular functions and interactions. Research on CC2D2B recombinant protein has been focused on elucidating its structural characteristics and functional contributions in cellular contexts. The protein’s coiled-coil domains suggest potential interactions with other proteins, which may play a role in ciliary assembly and signaling. By producing and characterizing the CC2D2B recombinant protein, scientists aim to clarify its mechanisms of action and how dysregulation might contribute to disease pathogenesis. This research holds promise for developing targeted therapies and improving our understanding of the underlying causes of conditions linked to CC2D2B, ultimately enhancing clinical outcomes for affected individuals.
