稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NINJ1, or Ninein-like protein 1, is a recently identified protein that plays a significant role in cellular processes, particularly in relation to autophagy and cellular response to stress. Emerging research highlights its involvement in the regulation of immune responses, as well as its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The interest in NINJ1 has intensified due to its unique structure and function, enabling it to mediate critical interactions within the cell. Recent studies have shown that NINJ1 is implicated in the facilitation of membrane rupture during the release of cytotoxic granules from immune cells, thereby influencing immune evasion mechanisms employed by tumors. Moreover, its role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and aiding in the repair of damaged cells positions NINJ1 as a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Investigating the properties and functions of NINJ1 through the development of recombinant proteins could offer new insights into its mechanistic pathways and pave the way for novel treatment strategies in diseases where immune response and cellular malfunction are predominant. As researchers aim to unravel the functional relevance of NINJ1, the production of NINJ1 recombinant proteins will enable detailed analyses of its biochemical properties and interactions, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of its role in health and disease.
