Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RIN2, a member of the Rab GTPase-activating protein family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of intracellular vesicle trafficking and exocytosis. Its importance is underscored by its involvement in diverse cellular processes, including the modulation of insulin secretion in pancreatic beta cells and neurotransmitter release in neurons. Research on RIN2 has gained traction due to its potential implications in metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. The recombinant protein form of RIN2 is utilized to elucidate its specific functions and interactions at a molecular level. By generating RIN2 recombinant protein, researchers aim to investigate its biochemical properties, structure-function relationship, and the signaling pathways it influences. Understanding RIN2's role in vesicle dynamics could provide insights into the underlying mechanisms of diseases such as diabetes and Alzheimer's, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Moreover, the study of RIN2 interactions with other proteins involved in the trafficking process could identify key regulatory networks critical for cellular homeostasis. Thus, the research on RIN2 recombinant protein not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of cellular mechanisms but also has significant implications for human health.
