Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCDC130 (Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 130) is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, yet its biological functions and molecular mechanisms remain inadequately understood. Research has suggested that CCDC130 may play a role in ciliary formation and function, which is crucial for signaling pathways and cellular communication. Abnormalities in cilia have been linked to a range of diseases, including ciliopathies and cancer, highlighting the importance of understanding the functional roles of proteins like CCDC130. Recent studies have indicated that CCDC130 may be involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and cellular differentiation, suggesting potential implications in development and tumorigenesis. Additionally, the protein's coiled-coil domain is indicative of its potential interactions with other proteins, which could shed light on its role in larger molecular complexes. The need for further investigation into CCDC130 is critical to elucidate its contributions to cell biology and develop therapeutic strategies for related diseases. Researchers are focusing on characterizing the structure and function of recombinant CCDC130 protein to explore its interactions and pathways, aiming to uncover its precise role in cellular mechanisms. Understanding CCDC130's properties could provide valuable insights into its involvement in health and disease, ultimately contributing to the advancement of targeted treatments.
