稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCDC28B, or Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 28B, is a protein encoded by the CCDC28B gene, which has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes, including cell division and ciliogenesis. Mutations or dysregulation of CCDC28B have been implicated in several genetic disorders, particularly those affecting neurodevelopment and ciliopathies, which are conditions resulting from dysfunctional cilia. Research has shown that CCDC28B is involved in the formation and maintenance of cilia, tiny hair-like structures that play critical roles in cellular signaling and tissue homeostasis. Studies utilizing recombinant CCDC28B protein have become essential for elucidating its function and interaction with other cellular components. By producing this protein in a laboratory setting, researchers can investigate its structural properties, binding affinities, and functional mechanisms. This recombinant approach not only aids in understanding the pathological roles of CCDC28B but also paves the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting related diseases. Ongoing research aims to further characterize this protein's pathways and its contributions to ciliary function, with the goal of developing interventions for conditions linked to CCDC28B anomalies. The increasing interest in this protein highlights its significance in cellular biology and potential implications for medical research.
