稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF138, a member of the RING-finger protein family, has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including protein ubiquitination, regulation of gene expression, and responses to stress. This E3 ubiquitin ligase is involved in modulating protein interactions and stability, thus influencing critical cellular pathways that can impact cell survival and proliferation. Aberrant regulation of RNF138 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis by affecting the degradation of tumor suppressors or other regulatory proteins. Given its multifaceted functions, the study of recombinant RNF138 protein is crucial for elucidating its biochemical properties and interactions, as well as its overall biological significance. Research on RNF138 may provide insights into new therapeutic targets or strategies, particularly in the context of disorders linked to protein misfolding and cellular stress responses. As such, the preparation and characterization of RNF138 as a recombinant protein can facilitate deeper investigations into its mechanisms of action, potentially leading to novel applications in biotechnology and medicine.
