稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNU2, a member of the U small nuclear RNA (snRNA) family, plays a critical role in the regulation of gene expression and RNA processing, particularly in the formation of spliceosomal complexes. The study of RNU2 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in fundamental cellular processes such as splicing, which is essential for the maturation of messenger RNAs (mRNAs). Aberrations in snRNA functions, including RNU2, have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Researchers have thus focused on understanding the structural and functional properties of RNU2, including its interactions with proteins and other RNA molecules within the spliceosome. The development and analysis of RNU2 recombinant proteins have been pivotal in elucidating its role in splicing mechanisms and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. By studying RNU2 in both normal and pathological contexts, scientists aim to uncover its comprehensive biological functions and the consequences of its dysregulation, paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
