稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCT8, a member of the chaperonin-containing TCP1 (CCT) complex, plays a crucial role in protein folding and assembly within cellular environments. The CCT complex is essential for the proper folding of various cytosolic proteins, particularly those involved in cellular stress responses and cytoskeletal maintenance. Research has indicated that CCT8 is implicated in several physiological processes, including cell cycle regulation, response to heat shock, and protein degradation pathways. Understanding the function of CCT8 is particularly relevant in the context of various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, where protein misfolding is a common feature. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the mechanisms by which CCT8 interacts with substrate proteins and its potential as a therapeutic target. Consequently, the investigation of CCT8 recombinant proteins has garnered interest, as these proteins can serve as valuable tools for studying molecular interactions, understanding disease mechanisms, and developing new treatment strategies. The characterization of CCT8, especially in its recombinant form, is expected to provide insights into its functional roles and enhance our knowledge of chaperonin biology.
