稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCAM (Basal Cell Adhesion Molecule) is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a critical role in cellular adhesion and signaling. It is primarily expressed in endothelial cells and certain epithelial tissues, where it contributes to the integrity of the vascular system and the regulation of immune responses. Research on BCAM and its recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis, inflammatory diseases, and vascular disorders. The ability of BCAM to mediate cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions makes it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions. Recombinant BCAM proteins, generated through advanced biotechnological methods, allow for detailed studies of its structure-function relationships and interaction with other cellular components. These studies can lead to the development of novel diagnostic tools and targeted therapies aimed at modulating BCAM activity. Moreover, understanding the molecular mechanisms governing BCAM's role in disease progression could unveil new biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis. As such, the investigation of BCAM recombinant proteins is crucial for unraveling its multifaceted role in health and disease, paving the way for innovative biomedical applications.
