Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CTNNB1, also known as beta-catenin, is a vital component of the Wnt signaling pathway, which is crucial for various developmental processes and cellular functions. Its proper regulation is essential for maintaining tissue homeostasis, and dysregulation of CTNNB1 has been implicated in numerous diseases, particularly cancers, where mutations in the CTNNB1 gene lead to aberrant activation of the Wnt pathway. This research focus stems from the need to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying these pathologies and to explore potential therapeutic strategies. Recombinant CTNNB1 proteins are essential tools in this field, allowing researchers to investigate the structure-function relationships, interaction dynamics with Wnt receptors, and downstream signaling effects. The use of recombinant technology to produce CTNNB1 provides a purified and functional form of the protein, enabling biophysical and biochemical analyses. Furthermore, studying CTNNB1 in various cellular contexts enhances our understanding of its role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and fate determination, which are critical for developing targeted therapies. Overall, the investigation of CTNNB1 recombinant protein serves as a cornerstone in the quest to elucidate its complex functions in health and disease, offering potential insights that could lead to innovative treatment avenues for Wnt-related disorders.
