稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM46C, a member of the FAM46 family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and disease states. Initially identified as a gene implicated in multiple myeloma, FAM46C is thought to function as a putative tumor suppressor. Study of its recombination products has revealed insights into its structure and function, particularly its involvement in RNA binding and regulation of gene expression. The protein has been observed to interact with critical signaling pathways, including those related to cell proliferation and apoptosis, underscoring its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Furthermore, aberrations in FAM46C expression or function have been linked to various hematological malignancies and solid tumors, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnostics. The exploration of FAM46C recombinant proteins allows researchers to further dissect its molecular mechanisms, as well as to evaluate its therapeutic potential in targeting specific cancer pathways. Such studies are essential for understanding its role in oncogenesis and may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies involving FAM46C modulation in cancer treatment. Overall, the investigation of FAM46C recombinant proteins represents a promising frontier in cancer research, highlighting the need for continued exploration of this intriguing gene and its associated pathways.
