Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STK31, or serine/threonine kinase 31, is a member of the serine/threonine kinase family known for its potential roles in cell signaling and regulation of various biological processes. Recent studies have suggested that STK31 may play a critical role in the development of certain cancers and in regulating cellular responses to stress. The interest in STK31 as a target for therapeutic interventions has grown, particularly due to its involvement in tumorigenesis and cell cycle progression. Research has indicated that STK31 may influence several downstream signaling pathways, making it a relevant candidate for drug development aimed at diseases characterized by aberrant signaling. Additionally, the characterization of STK31 as a recombinant protein allows for a more detailed understanding of its structural and functional properties, which is crucial for elucidating its biological roles. By studying the recombinant form of STK31, researchers aim to uncover its enzymatic mechanisms, interaction partners, and potential implications in disease states. This knowledge may facilitate the identification of novel therapeutic strategies, highlighting the importance of STK31 in both cancer biology and the broader field of protein kinases.
