Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELF1 (Ets-like factor 1) is a member of the Ets transcription factor family, which plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression involved in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research on ELF1 has gained attention due to its potential implications in cancer biology and other diseases. Aberrant ELF1 expression and activity have been linked to the progression of certain cancers, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. As a transcription factor, ELF1 functions by binding to specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing the transcription of target genes. Recombinant ELF1 protein, produced through molecular biology techniques, allows for detailed studies of its functional properties, including its interaction with DNA and other regulatory proteins. Understanding the structure and function of ELF1 through recombinant proteins can shed light on its roles in oncogenic pathways, facilitate the identification of downstream target genes, and potentially lead to the development of novel cancer therapies. Overall, the study of ELF1 and its recombinant protein is significant for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases and for exploring new avenues for targeted treatments.
