Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELF3, or E74-like factor 3, is a member of the Ets transcription factor family known for its crucial role in regulating gene expression during various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted ELF3's significant involvement in the development and progression of various cancers, particularly in breast and colorectal malignancies, where it may act as a tumor suppressor or an oncogene depending on the cellular context. The recombinant production of ELF3 protein allows researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties, providing insights into its role in transcriptional regulation and interaction with other cellular proteins. Additionally, understanding ELF3's mechanisms could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting its pathways. Given the complexity of its functions and the potential implications for cancer therapy, further exploration of ELF3 through recombinant protein studies is critical in elucidating its impact on cell behavior and tumor biology. Furthermore, elucidating the signaling pathways and molecular interactions involving ELF3 could lead to the identification of biomarkers for cancer prognosis and treatment response. Thus, research on ELF3 recombinant proteins is pivotal not only for basic biological understanding but also for developing targeted therapies in oncological contexts.
