稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TOX (Thymocyte Selection Associated Protein) is a vital transcription factor that plays a significant role in T cell development and function. Research on TOX has gained considerable attention due to its involvement in the immune response and its implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers. The protein is crucial for regulating gene expression during T cell differentiation and has been identified as a key player in the selection process of thymocytes, which are immature T cells in the thymus gland. Recent studies have revealed that TOX not only influences T cell lineage commitment but also affects the maintenance and activation of memory T cells. Moreover, aberrant expression of TOX has been associated with Th2 cell-mediated allergic responses and the development of certain tumors, indicating its dual role in immune regulation and pathology. Researchers are focusing on TOX recombinant proteins to better understand its structure-function relationship, molecular interactions, and potential as a therapeutic target. The ability to express TOX as a recombinant protein facilitates the investigation of its biological activity in vitro and in vivo, which may lead to innovative strategies for manipulating immune responses in clinical settings. Overall, the study of TOX and its recombinant forms promises to enhance our knowledge of immune regulation and open new avenues for the treatment of immune-related diseases.
