  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Interleukin-17 receptor E (IL-17RE) is a member of the interleukin-17 receptor family, playing a crucial role in mediating various biological functions related to inflammation, immune response, and tissue homeostasis. It is primarily known for its involvement in the signaling pathways activated by IL-17 cytokines, which are key players in protecting against microbial infections and in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis. Recent studies have shown that IL-17RE can modulate immune responses by influencing the differentiation of T-helper cells and the activation of innate immune cells. Given its significant role in these processes, research on recombinant IL-17RE protein has gained momentum. Scientists are focusing on its structural characteristics, receptor-ligand interactions, and downstream signaling pathways to better understand its function and potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant IL-17RE can be employed in various experimental settings to explore its biological activities and therapeutic applications, particularly in modulating inflammatory responses and developing novel treatments for autoimmune disorders. Understanding IL-17RE's role in immune regulation may pave the way for innovative strategies to manipulate immune responses for better clinical outcomes. Furthermore, the development of recombinant proteins for therapeutic use emphasizes the importance of IL-17RE in both basic research and clinical settings, offering insights into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target for diseases characterized by dysregulated immune responses.
