Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PP1446 is a recombinant protein derived from the protein sequences of certain pathogenic organisms, primarily studied for its potential applications in immunology and vaccine development. The growing prevalence of infectious diseases and the challenges posed by antibiotic resistance have heightened the need for innovative therapeutic strategies. Research has shown that recombinant proteins, such as PP1446, can elicit specific immune responses, making them valuable candidates for vaccine formulation. The ability to engineer these proteins for enhanced stability and immunogenicity allows for their use in various applications, including diagnostics and therapeutics. Additionally, studies have indicated that PP1446 possesses unique epitopes that could stimulate T-cell responses, which are crucial for an effective immune reaction. Understanding the structural and functional properties of PP1446 is fundamental for optimizing its use in clinical settings, ensuring that it can contribute to developing effective vaccines against emerging infectious diseases. This research not only aims to characterize the protein's efficacy but also to explore its mechanisms of action in the immune system, paving the way for future advancements in vaccine technology.
