简介
The HSP60 protein, together with Hsp10, contributes to the import and assembly of mitochondrial proteins. It ensures correct folding and prevents incorrect folding under stressful conditions. HSP60 Protein, Mouse (N-His) is the recombinant mouse-derived HSP60, expressed by E. coli , with N-10*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSP60, or Heat Shock Protein 60, is a crucial molecular chaperone involved in protein folding and mitochondrial function, playing a vital role in cellular stress response. Its importance has been highlighted in various studies due to its implications in numerous diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, and autoimmune diseases. The study of recombinant HSP60 proteins has gained attention as they provide a valuable tool for understanding the mechanisms underlying protein misfolding and aggregation. By producing HSP60 in recombinant systems, researchers can investigate its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, recombinant HSP60 has applications in vaccine development, as it can enhance immune responses against infectious agents. Understanding the structure and function of HSP60 through recombinant techniques opens avenues for therapeutic interventions, potentially leading to novel treatments for diseases associated with protein misfolding and mitochondrial dysfunction. This research ultimately aims to harness the protective properties of HSP60, facilitating advancements in both basic science and clinical applications.
