稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IFI30, also known as Interferon-gamma-inducible protein 30, is a protein that plays a significant role in the immune response, particularly in the context of antimicrobial activity and the regulation of inflammation. Its expression is predominantly induced by interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and is associated with various immune-related processes. Studies have established that IFI30 is involved in the modulation of innate immune responses, specifically in macrophages and dendritic cells, enhancing their ability to combat pathogens. Additionally, IFI30 has been implicated in the regulation of autophagic processes and the presentation of antigens, influencing the adaptive immune response. Given its critical role in immunity, IFI30 has gained attention as a potential therapeutic target for infectious diseases and inflammatory disorders. Research into recombinant IFI30 involves expressing and purifying the protein in various systems to study its structure-function relationships and explore its potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. Understanding the precise mechanisms through which IFI30 exert its effects could facilitate the design of novel strategies to enhance immune responses against pathogens or to modulate inflammatory conditions, highlighting its importance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
