稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TEN1 (telomerase essential N1) is a protein that plays a critical role in telomere maintenance and cellular stability. Research has shown that TEN1 is a key component of the telomerase complex, which is essential for the replication and protection of telomeres—the repetitive nucleotide sequences at the ends of linear chromosomes that prevent degradation and fusion with neighboring chromosomes. In many eukaryotic organisms, including humans, telomere shortening is associated with aging and cell senescence, making understanding TEN1's function vital for insights into cellular lifespan and cancer biology. Due to its involvement in maintaining telomerase activity, alterations in TEN1 expression or function can contribute to tumorigenesis, where cancer cells often upregulate telomerase to maintain their proliferative capacity. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which TEN1 interacts with other proteins and RNA components of the telomerase complex, as well as its potential implications in therapeutic strategies for age-related diseases and cancer. Given its significance, TEN1 presents a promising target for research aimed at developing interventions to modulate telomerase activity and improve our understanding of aging and cancer progression.
