稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2F, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, is crucial for the regulation of protein degradation and cellular signaling through the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Its role as a ubiquitin transferase has garnered attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including DNA repair, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. Research indicates that UBE2F may contribute to the regulation of specific substrates critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Alterations in UBE2F expression and function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where abnormal ubiquitination pathways can lead to uncontrolled cell growth and survival. Consequently, studying UBE2F and its mechanisms has implications for therapeutic strategies, particularly in oncology. The recombinant expression of UBE2F protein provides a valuable tool for elucidating its biochemical properties, interactions with E3 ligases, and substrate specificity. Investigating UBE2F at the molecular level aids in understanding its contribution to cellular homeostasis and disease states, laying the groundwork for potential interventions targeting the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.
