稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPR157, a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR), has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various physiological processes and its implications in neuropsychiatric disorders. This receptor is primarily expressed in the central nervous system and has been linked to the modulation of neurodevelopment and synaptic plasticity. Research indicates that alterations in GPR157 expression may be associated with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia, highlighting its significance in mental health. Additionally, GPR157's unique ligand-binding properties and interaction with different signaling pathways make it a promising target for drug development. The recombinant expression of GPR157 protein is crucial for elucidating its structure-function relationship and for conducting functional assays to investigate its signaling mechanisms. Understanding the intricate role of GPR157 in neural processes not only enhances our fundamental knowledge of GPCR biology but also paves the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies for treating neuropsychiatric disorders. This research thereby signifies the importance of GPR157 as a focal point for both basic and translational studies aimed at improving mental health outcomes.
