稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD68 is a transmembrane glycoprotein predominantly expressed in macrophages and plays a crucial role in immune responses and inflammation. As a marker for monocyte-derived cells, CD68 is integral in the identification and characterization of various macrophage populations in both healthy and diseased tissues. The study of recombinant CD68 proteins enhances our understanding of its function in the immune system, including phagocytosis, antigen presentation, and cytokine secretion. Research has shown that CD68 is involved in the progression of various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammation, and cancer, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The production of recombinant CD68 allows for in-depth investigations into its structure-function relationship and the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in macrophage activation and polarization. Moreover, understanding how CD68 interacts with other proteins and signaling pathways can provide insights into the modulation of macrophage activity in pathological contexts. Overall, the study of recombinant CD68 proteins is significant in elucidating immunological processes and developing novel strategies for disease treatment and management.
